I dont like eating with hungry dogs watching me , much rather settle them down. As for grandchildren , think that it just depends how much contact you have had with them, I hardly know my eldest they live many miles away, where as my younger grandchildren, live a short distance away, I have had them since they were born, so there is a much stronger bond
