baz46 Posts: 1582	This particular record from the early sixties, 'Feeling Glad All Over' by the Dave Clarke Five, always reminds me of the 'good old days' spent riding motorbikes and frequenting roadside cafes, particularly the Busy Bee transport cafe on the Watford Bypass (any Hertfordshire zoners remember the place?). Listen to the record here. A rather large group of us leather-clad 'rockers' was barred after this record was played on the juke box and resulted in banging on the tables in time to part of the sound track (I'm sure you will know which part when heard). The tables were already bolted to the floor to prevent obvious problems so nothing other than the noise of fists banging on the tables was causing a problem. I recall this wasn't appreciated though, hence the ban. The good old carefree days of the sixties!	0 like

I suppose the Beatles would be my first choice, 'Twist and Shout' I still go to see 60's tribute bands and last month saw the original, Tremelos,Union Gap,Dreamers,Hermits, non of the old lead singers of course, but they were brilliant, talk a trip down memory lane.	0 like

Robbyem Posts: 6246	One of the most iconic 'pop' records of the 60's has to be Da-Doo-Ron-Ron by the Crystals. One of those all-time 'feel good' songs!
